4. How to Return Your Items

Get Return Authorization
We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 24 hours.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items with:
- • Original packaging and tags
- • Return Authorization Number
- • Copy of original invoice
Ship the Package
Send the package to our return address (provided with RAN). Customer bears return shipping costs unless the item was damaged/defective.

- • Day 1-2: Item received and inspected
- • Day 3: Refund approval notification sent
- • Day 4-7: Refund processed to original payment method
Refund Methods:
- • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- • UPI/Digital Wallet: 3-5 business days
